Sonia grew up in South Jersey and attended Stockton University for her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in pre-occupational therapy and a minor in childhood studies followed by her Masters in Occupational Therapy.  She was inspired to become an occupational therapist after volunteering for a special education preschool class in elementary school where she was first introduced to varying abilities.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her in the kitchen creating new recipes or outside with the pups.
