Cindy attended San Diego State University where she received her BA in Anthropology and MA in Speech-Language Pathology. She also received her second bachelor’s in Communication Disorders from Utah State University. Throughout her BA and MA experience, Cindy worked at a local non-profit organization serving refugees/immigrants and was also involved in a research lab focused on cognition and bilingualism in adults. Cindy is passionate about being an SLP as she gets the opportunity to work with individuals with communication challenges and learn from them.

Outside of the clinic, Cindy enjoys spending time with nature and reading.
