Alyssa was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and also attended Calvin University for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s.  During school, she was an age group swim coach and gave swimming lessons.  This is where she fell in love with working with kids.  After school, she moved to California for an adventure and has loved working in the field of speech pathology.  She loves getting to know her patients and families while helping them navigate through their child’s unique needs.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, being outdoors, cooking, trying new things, and staying in touch with her family.
